JOB TITLE: Internal Sales Executive
LOCATION: Barking
SALARY: £18,000 (OTE £30,000 + uncapped)
CONTRACT TYPE: Permanent
HOURS: Mon to Thur 10:00am - 7.00pm; Fri 9.00am - 6.00pm
MUST HAVE: At least six months telephone sales experience (b2c or b2b)
The COMPANY
Our client is independently owned Marketing company who offer an outsourced service to clients for converting supplied leads. They continue to grow due to their decerved reputation for delivering results for their clients. This has been achieved by nurturing and rewarding the best staff.
The ROLE
The successful telesales person will be required to:
*Converting supplied leads into qualified sales.
*Make outbound calls (B to C), via a dialler.
*Investigating leads and qualifying criteria
*Managing individual caseloads
*Building excellent rapport with clients
*Liaising with solicitors and insurers
*Recording accurate information onto the CRM system
*Top earners in this role earn in excess of £50,000.
The CANDIDATE
Our client is looking for strong Internal Sales applicants with the following experience:
*A minimum of 6 months' sales experience is essential.
*Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written.
*Experience of closing the deal.
*The ability to build valuable relationships with clients, third parties and colleagues.
*Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel & Outlook. Experience of using in-house CRM systems would be an advantage.
*Target driven and motivated.
*Possess a positive attitude, tenacious and determined.
