WORKING WITH MANA RESOURCING

Mana Resourcing is a highly professional recruitment agency that deals across a number of job sectors, and has dedicated consultants for IT, Engineering, Sales, Commercial/Office and Education.

We are not in the nature of firing 100s of CVs at our clients, but instead we will take a detailed job specification from you, and submit 3 or so applicants. If we are unsuccessful with these, we will be back on the phone to find out why, and refine our search for you.

We offer you:

1. Candidate sourcing:

    a. Advertising on the major online job boards.

    b. Specialist job boards.

    c. Searching various databases (over 1 million CVs) including our own (around 60,000 candidates).

2. Screening:

    a. We will then screen out relevant applicants.

    b. These candidates will then be interviewed by us to produce a final submission of approximately 3 ‘best’ applicants.

3. Submissions:

    a. We will form a profile containing reasons for leaving roles, suitability etc, and send with their CV.

4. Process:

    a. We can then organise interviews, provide feedback, and so on until the successful candidate starts.
